I had a new heater fan installed, and many incidentals attended to. The rear fan for the heater does not turn on, the console was damaged when my son bought the car and the mounting holes in the console are too large to secure it to the floor tightly. The truck had some damage where the console attaches to the floor, I had this repaired but I suspect you will need to buy a new console if you care as the plastic is cracked in the floor. It never bothered me and we have owned this truck a few years. Also, the RR door power lock sticks. I always meant to pull the door panel and shoot some WD-40 on it, but I never got around to it. Tires have good rubber. The car is available for inspection. Just e-mail me and arrange a time.May 5, 2002: The transfer case was not shifting properly so we took it to the Toyota dealer so whoever buys it will have a warranty through their local Toyota dealer on the transfer case repair. This repair was just completed, so you receiving the benefit of a re-built transfer case also. This repair was not inexpensive. They also cleaned up the brakes.
There are a few Toyota dealers within 20 miles, if you want to, you can arrange for a through independent check out. It is a very clean truck.
